Fire Damage in a Bathroom

SERVPRO of Gwinnett County South was called to a home where a fire started in a basement bathroom. This homeowner stated that she specifically called SERVPRO because of the ads she had seen on tv. She loved her bathroom tile and wanted so badly for it be saved during the process. We came in with our SERVPRO approved cleaning chemicals and we were able to clean the smoke/fire stained ceramic tile and save it. The homeowner is going must have new wood put in around the windows, but the tile was saved. This homeowner couldn’t have been happier with her choice of using SERVPRO for her fire clean-up!
